Hi My Name Is Hayley And I Have To Confess...

The other day I came to a realisation that I may have a slight problem..

After sitting for almost ten hours
watching a whole series on Netflix I thought it best I confess and let you all know the truth of what I do on my days off.

In a dream world my days off would be spent getting up early going for a jog, then attending a blogging event, then back home and writing the weeks posts.

In reality it's an entirely different story...
Let me tell you what I actually get up to.
  • I lay in bed until my belly is screaming at me to feed it. (food get in my belly now)
  • I don't get showered until 2pm. (yes I did say 2pm)
  • I binge on anything I can get my hands on. (usually crisps)
  • I ignore the doorbell. (as if I'm answering the door when I'm not showered)
  • I miss calls from my boyfriend/mum/sisters as I'm far too busy watching Netflix.
  • I get so into what ever I'm watching that I don't even hear when my boyfriend gets home. (gosh he scares me so many times, creeping up on me. I think he enjoys it though)
  • I've watched so much on Netflix that I almost don't have anything new to watch. (OMG how ever will I survive without Netflix!)
  • I tell myself that getting through a whole series on Netflix is an achievement. (who am I kidding)
  • I get pins and needles in my legs because I sit on the sofa for far too long.
  • I get zero posts written up. (then rush writing them for the rest of the week when I get home from work in the evenings)
  • I think about filming a youtube video. (there's always my next day off)
  • I write out a jobs list then totally ignore it.
  • I wonder when I will be a really motivated person. (but then I suppose I'm very motivated in sitting on my arse)
  • I imagine all the things I should be doing and then feel instantly guilty I've not done any. (again there's always my next day off)
So there you have it I have confessed all my sins. Lol

Can any of you relate to this or am I just a massive slob?

Thanks Guys
Love Hayley

  3. Hahaha this is literally my life for the past year... I had this bad habit of not getting dressed if I wasn't going out for day.. which would turn into days of being in my pjs! xx

  6. Yes i'm a fellow slob and an advocate of the 'there's always my next day off'. I often don't even get round to writing the to-do lists, it's just in my head which of course makes it much easier to ignore! What have you been watching on Netflix then?

  8. Omg! Totally with you on this. I'm so guilty of that especially since I work a split shift so usually I blog for a bit then zone out with the TV until I have to go back to work.

Ten hours... I think I finished one whole season in one sitting - Game of Thrones... but hey it's GOTs and that series is uber crazy!!

  9. Reading this is like reading about my days off too haha. I find that If I'm not forced out the house at all then I can forget about getting anything productive done. xx
