Tip Tuesday

For today's tips, I want to talk about stress and stress management.
Do you get that dreaded eye twitch or sweat ridiculously?

Well these are common problems for me when I'm stressing. I know that sometimes things are out of your control and personally I have never been that good at deal with stress, and worry far to much than any normal person should! But over the years I have tried a few different things to help with this. A few have worked a few haven't!

Here's the tips that help me in these difficult situations..
Bath time baby, yes a lovely warm and relaxing bath is always my first stress busting thing I try and do. Its so nice sitting back and forgetting the world. Even if it's only for 30 mins..

If you can't just sit back and relax why not take your laptop or smart phone in there with you, and watch an episode of your fav Netflix show.. Pretty Little Liars is a great show that sucks you right in so you will definitely forget your woes.

Visualise a good end to the situation. Say you have a work issue that seems never ending, well just imagine what will happen after you have that chat/meeting. Imagine a good outcome. Things are always worse in your head.. Gosh wouldn't it be great if you could just turn your thoughts off occasionally!

Candles and incense are a great way to create a relaxing and comforting environment around you, I love yankee candles and nag champa incense is just lovely..

Listening to music is something else I love to do, especially if I have a work related issue as I get the bus into work and find this helps calm me before going in..

Lastly spend time with your friends and family, I love just sitting with my gorgeous man and and snuggling up..

Random fact for you now -

Scientist believe stress is part of the evolutionary process, and
has enabled us to survive as humans. Apparently it increases awareness and improves physical performance for short periods..

Hope some of these help if your going through a stressful time atm..

Thanks Guys
Love Hayley
